Veronica stelleri description
Very low, glossy green foliage which rises up in the summer to give blue, slender flower spikes.

Good for the middle of a border, alpine bed, rock garden, in containers, or by a patio and is dependable in any reasonably drained soil, provided it isn’t too dry.
