This is excellent for a herb garden, border or patio and is straightforward provided it is given well drained soil and prefers a little shade.
Botanical name: Origanum vulgare ‘Gold Tip’ or Origanum vulgare Variegatum.
Variegated Oregano culinary uses:
Use in soups, sauces, salads and Italian dishes.
The best position in the garden:
Requires sun, but to stop the leaves from getting scorched, some light shade in the middle of the day would be good.

Yes, it will fill a little gap.

(Not so demanding as the Oregano plant). Well drained soil, also tolerates acidic soil and chalky soil.
