The flowers appear in the summer and are cream with a yellowy wash, the throats are highly spotted in brown and they have a white lip.
Flowers do vary in appearance.

Good for a flower border or patioHow easy is it to grow:
Good for the middle or back of a border, or in a wooded area. It is easy, but remember that it produces just leaves in the first year, flowers in the second year and tends to die at that point. Having said that, it invariably drops seeds which carry the plant on.
It will grow in most soils, including heavy or clay soils.
