Grows in dryish stony soil
There are many alpines that can tolerate dry, stony soil.
You just need to remember that to survive they need to send long roots down into the soil so do not let them shrivel up in their first full year.
It is best to let the the soil dry out between watering’s so that the roots don’t get lazy.
Search for coastal plants, soil types, etc by just hovering over the top menu ‘Buy Plants’ (desktop) or click ‘Find Plants’ (when using a mobile).
