Feeling Unhappy

Are you feeling unhappy?

If you change your mind on going ahead with your purchase (after you have paid for it):

  • ONCE THE PLANTS ARE IN THE POST we can’t stop it and it’s too late to cancel without you incurring the cost of sending it back to us, provided the plants are returned to us in good condition, we will then give the refund. Please read the writing below.
  • AFTER it is lifted for despatch, but BEFORE it gets put into the post, then we will give you a full refund, please fill in this form.

If you feel unhappy with the delivery of plants, please read the Terms and Conditions first.
Then contact us by filling in the ‘Not Happy Contact Form‘.
Also include a photograph of the problem (if relevant).
DO NOT SEND THE PLANTS BACK, UNLESS WE HAVE GIVEN YOU THE INSTRUCTION TO DO SO.

Wrong plants sent?

If the wrong plants have been sent to you and a substitution was not previously agreed by e mail, please contact us immediately (obviously you may only discover the problem when it flowers) and tell us the details of the problem.
Also include a photograph of the problem (if relevant).
Solution to the problem:
If we agree there looks to be a genuine problem, we may ask you to return the plants to us to be inspected within 14 days of your initial contact.
DO NOT SEND THE PLANTS BACK, UNLESS WE HAVE GIVEN YOU THE INSTRUCTION TO DO SO.
If it was our fault, we will either fully refund the cost of the plants, postage and packaging or we will send out the replacement plants.
We will do our utmost to resolve the problem.
